Any new moms getting the itch already? DS is 5 months

My DS is five months and I have started to think about another one already....He isn't even sleeping through the night yet and I didn't have an easy pregnancy - but I just have that itch! Anyone else? How long are you going to wait?

I'm dying to have another one already. DH wants to wait until her first birthday (end of Feb.) to start trying.

Nope, not at all. I fear that #2 won't be as easy going as Jack. Maybe when he is two we will try again. I'd love too but I know we just can't for numerous reasons.
But prior to Jack I was real fertile so who knows if God has another plan for us..

I had the itch very early on....but I wanted to make sure that I had some time to spend with just Mallory, now that her brother is in school....we are going to wait till January/February to start trying for #3..

I had that itch since Andrew was 3 months old. DH was like no way. So instead of 1 year apart, they will be 2 years apart. I am happy with that!

I'm terrible. I'm starting to get the itch a bit already, but we're definitely going to wait a while to try for #2.

I kinda have the itch. Nate will be 4 months tomorrow. I'm currently looking for a new job and would like to be there for a yr before we start trying. DH is cool with this time next yr bc he'll be done with law school in May and would have taken the bar in July. Nate will be 2 yrs old by the time #2 comes if it works out like we hope.

That's my worry too. I feel like Jake is such a good baby, we got lucky and it won't happen twice!!

DH has the itch already and it scares me!

DH and I were itchy from the time my son was about 6 months old.. but we decided to wait.. never wore protection and decided we wanted one BAD about a month before we actually conceived!

My son will just be three or will be turning three depending when the new baby decides to show up!!! After this one.. I have a feeling it wont be for awhile! Chat Icon

Re: Any new moms getting the itch already? DS is 5 months

Marissa is 13 months and a few of my friends had babies all like a month apart and I am getting the itch but I am getting married next year and I won't fit into my dres if I ttc now so we have decided to wait till afterthe wedding and then start trying plus marissa will be a bit older. I also like my one on one time with her and right now I don't want to share it with another child so I have another year to do all this then the end of next year we will start trying
