If you're really hungry, 56th Fighter Group in Farmingdale has a great brunch buffet.

Milk and Sugar in Bayshore
the BEST brunch ever is at the garden city hotel - its very expensive but amazing...........especially if you like sushi- their rolls are out of this world-they made concoctions that i have never seen before in my life

Not sure if you're only looking for LI, but we were just at the Central Park Boathouse. We loved it.

Bon Witt Inn in Commack is very nice. I think it's like $50 per person, though. But they have everything.

Re: Any nice places for brunch?
We love Emerson's in Babylon village. It's not a buffet, but there is more than enough food, it's inexpensive, the place is so cute and the employees are wonderful.
