Any nursing Mom's take Vit. B complex?
I know that Brewer's yeast is safe for us and filled with B vitamins, etc. but it tastes awful. I miss taking my supplement because I swore it really helped me but I want to be sure. It has folic acid and vitamin C in it as well. 
Also, how about Emergen-C or Airborne?

I just take my prenatals. I'm not sure what studies have been done on Emergen-C or Airborne for BFing mothers (I know they are not considered *safe* to use during PG).

my doctor kept me on my prenatals, so I don't take anything else.
