Any one have Flat feet?? Sneaker Help?
My feet always kill me when I walk too long or even standing. Especially the balls of my feet. What kind of running or walking sneaker is good for excercising for people like me that have a flat foot???

I work for a podiatrist and the only sneakers he recommends are New Balance and Saucony.

I have extremely flat feet and wear Asics. I have a pair of orthodics that I an put in my sneakers but I don't need them with my Asics.
BTW, if you want to see what is best for you, go to a Jack Rabbits store, you run on a treadmill and they video tape you running and recommend what type of support you need!
