Huntington has a children's parade and then trick-or-treating at participating businesses in town.
I think it starts at 11

There's a Halloween Festival at Suffolk County Community College's Ammerman Campus in Selden - it runs from 11-5 and it's free...face painting/TorTing/Games and bouncy houses...just saw the ad in the pennysaver...looks really fun.
