Any other babies messed up because of Daylight Savings???
So I took DS upstairs at his usual time of 8:30 to feed him before bed... and the little bugger wouldn't go to sleep. I ended up laying him in his crib to see if he would go down on his own and about 10 minutes later he is screaming.
DH goes up and an hour later (it's 10:30 by now) he is finally asleep.
I am convinced he is messed up b/c of pushing the clocks forward. I took him upstairs too early and he wasn't ready to sleep!

ugh so sorry you had so much trouble tonight with Lucas.
I started cereal with Olivia and she seems to get fuller maybe it is helping.. not sure..
I hope tomorrow night is better for you

Christine, how is Olivia liking the cereal? We go to the ped on Thursday so I am assuming she will talk to us about starting cereal as well!

No problems for us. Just because adults have to switch an hour over a single night, doesn't mean DC have to. Try shifting them 10-15 minutes every day or two. It shouldn't be enough to throw them off, but it will get them back to DST in a week or so.

Yes! My little guy's tenuous grip on a sleep schedule fell apart. He went to sleep after 10 last night, and got up at 7 this morning. Have not been able to get him back to sleep.

Sorry you had a hard night
Dh and I messed up their nap schedules on purpose yesterday so they would be tired and go to bed ontime. It worked, so we didn't have any problems I didn't have any problems last year with DD either. We are lucky!

Jack ended up waking at 3:30 in the morning - and didn't go back to bed until 5. No clue if it was because of daylight savings - or teething - or what - but I hope it was a one time deal.

I think I was worse then DD. I had a hard time waking up, she was up like usual, same with going to bed. Go figure!

just the first day we had problems...last night and this AM were fine, thankfully.
she took about a week to adjust when we switched the clocks back last time. I guess fwd. wasnt as big of a deal?

Yes-like clock work she went to bed an hour later and got up an hour later-she is trying to stick to her old scheduled.
I don't wake her for work, so I just had to kind of wait it out until she got up. Needless to say we were about an hour behind schedule today. I hope she adjusts soon!
