Bath and Body Works has a line of products, I believe its called Dr Bigelow which I uswd throughout my pregnancy.

not all natural, but i recently switched to cetaphil facewash.
I've been using this & it works great.

I used to LOVE DHC's Deep Cleaning Oil make up remover.
