Any remedies for PMS Bloating?
I feel like a stuck pig! UGH!
Do any of you do anything around that time of the month to reduce bloating?
Anything work?
I feel like I am busting out of all my pants!

Thanks- I am drinking some water right now. It's hard when you are bloated to even want to drink more- it feels like it will make it worse- but I know in the long run I will feel better.
