Any reviews on the Boca Raton Resort & Club....specifically the spa and kids activities?

Spa Palazzo, on the grounds, looks really nice. I noticed that there is a 20% service charge at the spa but that the brochure is clear that this is not the same as a tip. Do you tip the same thing when there is an added service charge? The last vacation spa I was at had a 20% service charge but when I was there they absolutely insisted on no tips. Other than that, the spa looks phenomenal and I want to know if it is as nice as the photos.

For kids activities I am not sure if we would do the camp. Outside of spa time I want to be with DS. But I want to know more & find out if he will like it.

I went three a few years ago for a business trip. I stayed in the beach club where you could either take a bus or a boat to the main building.

The spa was really nice and the 20% included was the gratuity.

I'm not really sure about kid activities though since I went for work. The resort was fairly quiet since it was off season (I went in mid Feb). The beach and pools looked very nice though.

I think it's a separate building but, it's near the main building.
