Any suggestions for a non-bbq gathering?
Hi! I need some help. This weekend we are doing some entertaining on our boat but I don't feel like bbq-ing plus b/c of the number of people on the boat it will just be a total PITA.
Any suggestions for what I can bring that can be eaten cold? I haven't used the stove on the boat yet and don't want to test it out this weekend. LOL
It will be dinnertime. I'm planning on having some dips, crudite, and cheese platter for apps. I just need some main course ideas. Thanks!

What about a cold cut platter with some rolls and bread. You can still have the cold salads to go along with it.

Premade wraps, cut on a diagonal. Serve with pickles and salads. You can do an assortment of flavors this way.
