Any surfers on here?
I used to surf before I got married (longboard). I wasn't really good but I loved it. It was hard but I was in great shape, I've always been a runner. Well, I threw both surfing and running aside while planning a wedding then getting pregnant 3 months later and then 10 months after giving birth, getting pregnant again.
Needless to say, I'm SUPER out of shape. I am due in March and want to start running and working out again as soon as I can. I really want to go back to surfing. Does anyone know some specific exercises I could do in order to get back in surfing shape?

I'm not a surfer but I would asume that anything core related would be good for surfing! Your core muscles are what give you balance. Also a strong leg work out as well. Good Luck!
