I don't have any on-line coupons, but yesterdays Newsday had a 20% off coupon on any non-sale item.

If you go online to the tanger website you can sign up and they will e-mail you a voucher for 4 20% off non-sale item coupons. You just have to go to the service center at tanger to get them. They usually e-mail it to you immediately.

Join the Tanger club! It's a $10 lifetime fee, but every time you go, you get the coupon booklet that normally costs $5. You also get a $5 coupon for your birthday. It's a really good deal, since if you use one coupon you make back your money most of the time. Oh, and you get a free gift when you sign up (a tote bag) and free stroller rental everytime too.
