any tips if I feel a cold coming on?
My throat is a little scratchy and I have been sneezing like crazy. I gargled with salt water the past two nights, but is there anything else? I used to take Airborne, but I don't know if we can or if it will even work. I feel like I have been surrounded by sick teachers at work, not even the kids.

I think you can take vitamin C and honestly just rest and lots of warm fluids.

I felt like this last week...drank a lot of decaf tea...OJ...and slept. I also bought the Neti Pot and it seemed to work.

Hot fluids! And just stay hydrated. Keep gargling with Salt water, get extra rest, eat HOT foods, and make sure you are getting probiotics and vit C. If you have chicken soup, eat that. It actually does have medicinal qualities.
