any upcoming 5K races...say end Feb/early March?
I tried to find some online but didn't see too much. I need a goal to work towards!

Huntington Village has a 4 mile race near St Pat's day.
There is also a Little Cow Harbor 4 (mile or K I forget) in late march/early april.
I know that's a little later than you wanted.
NYC RR should definitely have a few options for that time.

my sil runs in the winter series.....they are a bunch of 5k races I can find out what and where it is exactly if you want
