ANy vegetable recipes/ideas?

God im so sick of the way i make broccoli. And yep- thats about all i make. I need to branch out

I love steam green beans (the one that come in a bag to microwave) is easy and yummy.. some pepper and they are a great side dish specially with fish

string beans made with soy sauce and garlic
asparagus grilled/baked with italian dressing
broccoliflower (hybrid) steamed with garlic
spinach steamed with garlic

I make two vegetables all the time that we eat.

I saute green beans with olive oil, garlic salt and fresh garlic.

Then i love bok choy which I make with a quick spray on the pan- the Real authentic terriyaki sauce - Kikkoman sauce & then sometime I throw on sesame seeds. So it's kinda like a stir fry

You can use that sauce on really any kind of vegtables & it tastes amazing.

I love sauteed green beans with garlic, oil, and sliced almonds


in the summer I make corn a LOT - on the cob, frozen, grilled, its all good!

bake some green beans with shallots and sliced almonds. So good.

Any veggie with sauteed with garlic and oil is usually yummy.

oh and broccoli rape (steam it first a bit then sautee.

zucchini on the grill with a littleolive oil is yummy. U can steam asparagas (sp)? Or grill any veggies just about.

We do green beans a lot, just steamed with a little salt. I also like them sautéed in butter and add a little sliced almond—yum!
Grilled zucchini and yellow squash (a little olive oil, garlic, any seasoning you like)
Roasted asparagus—just coat with olive oil, S&P, any other seasoning you like (usually I include garlic at the very least), roast in the oven for 10-15 min (depending on thickness of asparagus)—even DH eats this and he used to hate asparagus!

I saute asparagus in a pan with butter and garlic and then add parmasean cheese at the end..

I love asparagus - lay in a glass baking dish, coat with EVOO, sea salt & sesame seads & bake for 45 mins or so @ 350

Steamed artichokes - place in a double steamer. Add a few slices of lemon, smashed garlic clove & sage leaves in the water. Steam for 45 mins

Portobello mushrooms - brush EVOO on both sides, lightly grill for a few mins on both sides. Remove from pan, sprinkle seasoned panko crumbs & put back into pan & cook until mushroom becomes tender.

I love seasoning steamed vegetables with white trufle oil...it adds such an intense flavor to everything.

My favorite dish to make with trufle oil - is whole wheat cheese ravioli, steamed veggie(s) that I feel like that night...all tossed with trufle oil & sea salt.

escarole & beans, get a nicel loaf of italian bread & thats almost a meal in itself ...
