Any web sites sell "replacement tiles"
We put wallpaper in our bathroom and the workers knocked our corner tile out in the shower.
It's a 3x3 rounded edge tile. We went to one store and got one tile-- but the color is slightly off (which I can deal with) but the finish is not the same and the ends, while "finished" is not curved like our original tile-- so it would look totally stupid.
Are there web sites out there where I can just order some tiles? I can go from tile store to tile store but I really don't have the time-- nor do I have a lot of tile store options near me.
Thanks!

Re: Any web sites sell "replacement tiles"
I had a similar issue in our old co-op with older tiles that did not match anything.
You really have to go to a tile store, b/c you have to see the tiles in person to compare the color. If you have a piece (a chip or cracked tile is fine) of the tile on the wall to compare to that would be good. The rounded edge you speak of is called a bullnose. It depends how old the tiles on your wall are - they will always discolor slightly so a new tile vs the old tile will always look "slightly" different.
Another option would be to cut out a tile from somewhere like behind your toilet tank (somewhere you will never see). It will most likely not have the necessary bullnose that you need though. Another place to get a tile from is like behind the sink (trust me we tried all our resources)!
Good luck!

Re: Any web sites sell "replacement tiles"
thanks-- the tile is just in the shower-- so there is no where to pull a tile from. When the workers knocked the tile out-- they threw the broken tile out, and did not leave us any scraps.
We went to one tile store, and they were very helpful, and we got something-- the color is no t great, but it would suffice-- however the edge of the tile, while it was "finished" for a corner piece-- it was more square as opposed to rounded.
Anyway-- I know we can go to tile stores-- but I was hoping I could look online too- to save some trips.
