Anybody have a wooden headboard with no footboard?
I really do love the set we might buy...but the footboard thing annoys me.
Can you share pics, if you have a wooden headboard with no footboard?

We don't have a footboard. Honestly, I think it would close the room a bit.

We wanted a footboard but once we measured, we knew it would be an issue and take up too much room.
I didn't want to have a bedroom that was all bed, you know? Like where the bed was just SO big that that's the only thing you see?
Although I wish they had a better picture, we just bought this:
It looks great with the footboard but since there's that little extra wood border around the bottom, I thought it still looked pretty nice.
edited to add:
I also like to sleep with my feet off the end of the bed. So this is a better solution for me anyway.

Here's ours. I think a bed flows better with the rest of the room if it doesn't have a footboard. But sometimes they can look really good.

I don't have a pic but we don't have a footboard either, DH is too tall 
I did buy separately a wooden chest to store extra blankets and pillows in that is in front of our bed

We don't have a footboard, just a wooden headboard because both DH and I are tall and we don't like things at our feet when we sleep.

We used to in our guest room but after a while I felt it was too big a piece of furniture for the size of the room.

Yes, We have a head board with out the foot board.
Our Bedroom isn't that big and when we had the foot boared attached it made our bedroom feel even smaller.

We have just the headboard...I wouldn't buy the footboard...I feel like I am in an adult crib :)
