MrsR made one for Talia. I think it was just a picture frame that she put ribbon through. I'd imagine that you have to secure it with small staples or glue to the back of the picture frame....but the ribbon strips are where you clip the barettes onto.
She had a picture of it on the parenting page when she made it!
