Anybody use...
Premesis? My doctor gave me a 5 day sample of this mineral/multivitamin that supposedly time releases B6 into your system to reduce symptoms of morning sickness. I used it 4 days and I feel like I am getting worse! I need some feedback before I put the prescription in! TIA...
Also any feedback on Citrical would be helpful too...that's the multi Rx he gave me.

I liked Citrical. I didn't have m/s but I did have very bad nausea, and that was one of the vitamins that I could stand to take.

I stopped using premesis after awhile because it made me very constipated.
