Re: Anyone & DH sleep in seperate beds..for now?
there was a phase with number 1 where the only way i could sleep was against DH. He HATED it.... i loved it, was so comfy. He attempted to sleep on the sofa once but i threw a fit saying that if i am suffering he is joining in ;)

Re: Anyone & DH sleep in seperate beds..for now?
I slept in the guest room at the end of my PG with my DS. (It was probably for the last month.) And I loved it. I was so uncomfortable sleeping by then. I was able to sleep in the middle of the bed and then roll from side to side. Otherwise, in our bed, I had to almost pick myself up when I wanted to move from one side to the other. Once I came back from the hospital, I was back in our regular bed with him.

For the entire 9 months and counting....
Mostly because he watches tv in the living room and just falls asleep on the couch....

Re: Anyone & DH sleep in seperate beds..for now?
I feel so much better
DH and I have been doing this for about a month. He's been sleeping on an air mattress (and he is actually very comfortable) and I have been in the bedroom. There are tons of reasons. First DH has sleep apnea and grinds his teeth and I am exhausted enough without the insomnia from that. I also am up constantly to go to the bathroom. Lately my back has been hurting so I have also had the heating pad on and watching TV (he can't sleep w/ any lights on) so I can time how long I am using it for. It has worked out well for us, but I feel horribly and I miss sleeping w/ him. It's just better for our overall sanity and health.

No, but he keeps threatening to buy a futon b/c of me and my "friend" which is what he calls my pregnancy pillow.
