Not off-hand but also check out human service type agencies.
Many of them are also connected to medical clinics that provide this service.

Do you have any experience with Brian Injury rehab? If so you may want to check out RES. Not sure what the pay is or the hours or case load but I know OTs are in demand.

Unfortunately I have minimal experience as I am a new grad. But I'm willing to be a sponge and learn all I can. I have to take the NBCOT test as well
