Anyone a member of the Mid-Shore Mothers Group?

based in Wantagh? I met them at a few sales they have had and didnt think it was my "thing" but they have a lot of interesting events, classes, things to do .

I did last fall session for 12-18 months old with my dd. We had a great time. I would have done spring but I was due with my second baby in feb. and dont have a sitter for her while I attended.

There are all different age group classes. I really wish I could have done the 18-24 group with dd.. it sounded like lots of fun. The first 20 mins I think is free play time, then they do an art project and snack. I ran into a mom who was in the fall session with me, shes was doing the spring and said she loves it. I may do the summer depends on how my second dd is.


eta: also my sister did with my neice.. 8 years ago.. and loved it. so they are consistant.

I dont go there but I have had people tell me that they have great mommy and me classes. And separation classes as well.

I went to the mommy and me classes when dd was about 9 months. It was nice, the staff are nice and I actually met two mothers who I've become really close with.
We stopped going there though since I thought DD was getting too old and wanted more of a learning class for her.
But it's nice for babies and it was perfect for me since I didn't really know anyone from my neighborhood.
