Anyone Been To "A Yoga Studio" in East Northport?
Not Inner Spirit, I know of that place; this is called Yoga Studio and they are pretty new. They have a body sculpting yoga class with weights, and I was interested to try it out, as my old yoga class is no longer. Any reviews?
Peabody, maybe we can finally attend yoga together!
There is no website, but I called to have the schedule sent to me.

I'm not sure if it's the same place, but I used to take classes with the woman who owns the one on Vernon Valley before it becomes Larkfield (by Bellerose Ave.). I can't remember if that's Inner Spirit though
