Anyone been to La Bottega?
I know there are several locations, just wanted to get opinions on the food. If anyone has been to the Franklin Square location I would love to hear feedback too.

I've never been to the Franklin Square location, but we live right by another La Bottega and we LOVE the panini and salads. They have entrees too but we never tried them.

My mother lives 2 blocks away from the Franklin Square one - we love it! I've had it delivered and gone there to sit down for dinner - really good food!

Anyone been to La Bottega?
I used to go to the Franklin Square one until one opened closer to me. It's been years since I went to the Franklin Square one, but it was always great! I go to the one near me at least once a week!

Can anyone tellme how this place works? I always feel like when I look in,I don't see anything to choose from. I guess it's not like a regular deli or pizzeria?

They make their paninis to order, so you choose from the menu. They do have some hot food in a display case in front of the counter. They also have a chalk board with specials (well at least the one in Merrick does). Their soups are also very good.

It works like a restaurant, you sit, look at the menu and order. You can take out too, lI look at the menu up front and place my order or call it in. But i rarely take out from there, I usually eat there.

I had a sandwich from the one in the Syosset for the first time, it was soooo good! I've been dying for another one ever since.

the one in Bayside stiinks and is over prices, there are so many better places to get a sandwich around there.
