Anyone bet on horses? (Co. picnic at Belmont tomorrow...and I have no clue!)
I'm one of those people that picks a horse based on whether or not I like the name.
Tomorrow our company picnic is at Belmont and I'd like to make an "educated guess".
Any help?

just go and have fun..do you like underdogs? Go for a long shot..something with odds of 30-1 or higher.
I personally like the horses with cute names, but you may get a chance to actually see the horses and you can see which ones have strong powerful legs and really light jockeys!
Just go and have a good time..bet $2 on each race.

They just handed out this sheet at work where if we pick the winners we're eligible for either a pd half day, a pd full day or a pd day off and $100.
In the second race "Majestic Lori" is running! She gets my bet!
