Have you called Apria.. maybe they can give you and you pay them out of pocket.
We use them for my dds elecare but its covered by insurance. Maybe they will do out of pocket but not positive.

I have a case of Nutramigen I can sell you for cheaper. I bought it when my boys were on it and then they were switched. I have 8 cans of RTF. FM me if interested.
