Anyone buy Pottery Barn Bedroom Furniture?

We have a set that we picked out but it's on back order until May ok fine but they charge a shipping charge and a processing fee??? WTH

I wish. I wanted the Farmhouse Collection with the poster bed I had my heart set on it....In the end it's better that we didn't get it, but I still drool over it.....

Just about all of the furniture in my house is from PB except the master BR furniture. If it's not on backorder, it comes super quick. But from multiple experiences with back order, just know if they say a few weeks, you may not receive it for several MONTHS. I keep ordering from there so I obviously like their stuff but it can be VERY frustrating. I'm currently waiting on a rug I ordered 1/11 that was backordered until 2/8 that has been pushed back 4 times and is supposedly now expected 4/30

They will not charge your credit card until the merchandise has been shipped. Most of my furniture is from PB, except for my Bedroom.

I think they are pretty good with estimating the back order, at least in my experience. I just got a desk, I put the order in on March, they said it would ship after April 10th and I just got it last week.
