Anyone carrying out their new years resolution?
DH and I said we would join a gym and start eating healthier.
Well, we joined a gym last night!!!! It's beautiful and we got a GREAT price! Even just walking in there last night made us feel better about ourselves... we have no excuses not to go. We're going tonight and plan to go at least 3x a week from now on. I can't wait to tone up again. I'm also going to start buying more organic foods and cooking healthier.
What about you?

Seriously - DH and I just got home from joining the gym - even better - it's free through our insurance!!!

We completely furnished and set up our home gym and we are using it regularly. We are eating much healthier and really cutting back on "convenience food" and are eating more whole foods.

you're going to LOVE working out... I go to the gym for an hour every day and I feel great.
now if I could just stop eating cr@p...
and yes, i am carrying out my new resolution...
1. is to take better care of myself (get more sleep at night, workout more)
2. go to church regularly (now that my son is receiving communion)
so far I havent slacked.

I swore to drastically reduce my sugar intake and to stop drinking sweetened drinks (fruit punch, iced tea, etc..).
I am totally sticking to it and I am proud of myself.

yes, mine was to be more organized so far my house and car have been spotless everyday and Im feeling much more in control of where things are.
