I had just learned from a friend that Greek Easter has very RED eggs.. thats awesome!

I am, but with my BIL's family. They include us every year and my kid's just love it. They have even learned a few Greek words and love Ya'Ya's cookies.

I am! It's my DS's first holiday . Can't wait to eat. Mom made spinach pie, pastichio (like greek baked ziti) and the best cookies ever!
