I make it often...but I only use onions and peppers. For the sauce I use corn starch, soy sauce and sugar.

That is DH's favorite and he likes it with duck sauce added but as far as veggies, just peppers and onions.

What's the best (most tender) cut of meat to use?? I tried the store's meat packaged as "pepper steak", but it was so tough!
Is it the meat or my cooking!?!
