Anyone cooking for Mothers Day?
What are you making? I seriously need ideas. I was considering a Cuban dinner in honor of my Grandmother who passed away 2 weeks ago, but I'm still not sure. I have to make dinner for 9.

I'm doing skirt steak on skewers, grilled chicken kabobs, shrimp kabobs, sliders, salad, rice, and angel food cake w/strawberries

I am going simple since I am also cooking for my bday on saturday
meat lasagna sauteed broccoli raab (my MIL loves it) warmed semolina bread (maybe garlic...not sure yet)
dessert I was thinking of panna cotta. something different.

I'm not cooking but my family will be over my house for a BBQ. DH will be making a paella, BBQ chicken, steak, burgers, hotdogs, seafood salad and I'm not sure whats else
