Anyone deal with a short sale that went bank owned while you were waiting to hear back?
I think this is what my DH and I are facing. My realtor and lawyer real that since the locks were changed and the seller's agent knew nothing about it, it must be the bank.
They both put calls into everyone. We put in our offer before Thanksgiving and heard nothing. Is there anyway they could have seen our appraisal for the mortgage? Is there a chance we could still get this house? Or am I totally done with winning our forever HOUSE?
