Anyone do the Sears cake smear pics?
I really want to do this for my DD's first bday, I've seen a photo from the Sears site w/ a girl in a tutu w/ a small cake w/ pink frosting, but can no longer find the pic. Has anyone else gone to Sears or any photo studio & had it done? Can you post pics?

Someone just posted this last but I CANNOT remember who...I didn't know it was something that Sears themselves did, I just figured they liked the idea.  I will try and remember and bump for you.

I think 5ofclubs thought about doing it or did it.

Yes, she has adorable pics of her daughter, but they were from Target, I believe. I asked her for more info b/c I'm interested too, and she said they were having a celebration at Target and they had the cake there, so she lucked out.
I called to make DD's appointment at Target and asked if I could bring a cupcake to do a pic like that, they said no problem, just bring a white blanket for her to sit on too so she doesn't make a mess of their props. They said those pics come out adorable. I plan on making a few cupcakes and taking them with me, in case she throws the first one, etc. But she'll either just be in her diaper or in the dress I'm having her wear, they don't have a special outfit I don't think.
If you want to use Sears, I'd call them and see if they provide a cake, if not, ask if you can bring your own like I asked Target.
