anyone doing any projects this weekend?
we are having a party Sunday & hoping to relax on Monday so today we are moving 5 yards of mulch into the backyard
getting the pond running
cleaning the boats
organizing DHs Sanford & Son area of the yard
cleaning the gutters AGAIN
washing windows & screens
mowing the lawn
we still haven't made any progress on the bathroom we started a few months ago....hopefully soon!
What projects do you have going on?

we are going to the nursery this morning to get...
more cypress for our property line
hostas
hydrangea
an arborvitae to replace the one that didn't make it form last year 
ornamantal grasses
maybe an ornamental tree for by our patio
flowers
we had 6 yds of topsoil delivered the other day, so there is our weekend!

i spread out 17 bags of black mulch in my front yard flower beds,
cleans the backyard for memorial day bbq
right now we have a contracter here to do some odds and ends for us- mainly carpentary work, door & window moldings, crown oldings, and 3 new interior doors 
the stuff that hasnt been finished since we bought the house 3 years ago!!!! (dh is not very handy)
dh is organizing our VERY VERY messy garage- he blames it on me, i blame it on him.... we never get anywhere besides yelling at eachother

We are having a BBQ tomorrow so we are getting ready for that and also planting some flowers and cutting the hedges. Other than that we are hoping to actually spend some time relaxing this weekend!

DH powerwashed the decks
I cleaned out the garage and rearranged the attic
Tomorrow I am going to finish up any planting and look for cages for the tomatoes.

-re-connected a spicket on the side of the house (long story, but we were going to remove it when he had the house sided. The guys forgot and put the plaque and spicket back up even though we had disconnected it.)
-DH has been busy helping our neighbor with his yard. They're clearing about .25 acres of brush in his backyard with the tractor.
-DH helped my dad install a new door on my sister's shed

We are in the process of installing an 800 sq. ft patio with pavers around our pool. It is alot of work!. Also, I am ripping out all of the overgrown greenery along the fence to prep the area for the arborvitaes that will be coming later this week. I will post pics when we are all done!

DH painted the front door. It was yellowing from the sun and need a fresh coat of white. Looks awesome now!
DH also bought shutters for the windows on the front of the house and installed them all today. The house looks so different!
