Anyone doing prenatal yoga
I'm 30 weeks and maybe not as active as I should be. I work full time and am on my feet all day. I feel like I have no energy at the end of the day but would like to try yoga. If anyone is doing prenatal yoga or any other prenatal excercise group can you please share where...thanks!

i'm not doing pre-natal yet, still doing hatha, at body reformers on main street in east rockaway. they also have pre-natal classes at the same studio too.
