anyone doing the dirty sock run on sunday???
In Babylon...I am, but i haven't been able to run a 10k in like 3 months...so my plan is to walk mile 1, run miles 2 & 3, walk mile 4 and run miles 5 & 6...
will I see anyone there?

sounds like a fun race! I think your plan sounds great!
You have me interested...I'm having some minor surgery the next day, so I want to try to get in all the runs I can.
