I bought all seeds this years and wanted to do seedlings.
But 1 package of tomatoes is 100 seeds. I don't want 100 tomato plants.
What is your success rate in seedling trays?

Usually I put in 2-3 seeds depending on what it is. It always seems like such a waste!

We did the same and are using the trays at the moment. With the exception of our green peppers, our success rate has been great! I can not believe how fast they all shot up. We already in two week had to transplant some to a large pot (the greenbeans) and they will soon go in the ground.
Im not sure how many DH planted but he definitely did not use all the seeds (I think he planted like 3-5 seeds per slot). Like you we were afraid too many would grow. This is our first time dong this so we are by no means experienced! We just wanted to start small and see how we did.
Good luck!
