Anyone doing WW Simply filling?

I was doing Points then point plus and have since fell off the wagon. I just find it very difficult lately - especially with the points plus. That calculator was always up on my phone!

I know eventually you wind up eating pretty much the same things so you know the point values etc etc etc...

I'm now thinking of switching to the Simply Filling. I have my books out and I'm going over everything. Kind feels like a big undertaking for something that's supposed to be "Simple".
Any good tips for this program?

TIA

I did it back when they called it the Core. I lost 30lbs in less than 3 months and kept it off until my pregnancy (almost 3years)

It is very easy. Its all about knowing when you are full. You really have to pay attention to yourself and eat slow so you will know when to stop.

It is restrictive in the sense that you can't have the sweets that you can on points unless you use the weekly pts. When I was on it, it was basically lean meats, veggies and limited carbs.....there was no bread unless you used your weekly points but I think that has changed and you can have high fiber carbs.

I loved it and anytime I felt like I was putting on a few lbs I could easily go right back to core.

Re: Anyone doing WW Simply filling?

Thanks for the response.

I'm not sure if I can do it. I have a real problem with over eating. I'm literally NEVER FULL - so I'm guessing this isn't going to work for me.

Points are just not an option anymore.

Guess it's back to the drawing board.

Thanks again

try it for a week and really make an effort to eat slow. I was a big over eater where every meal I would feel sick cause I ate too much. I bet you will find it easier than you think.

Re: Anyone doing WW Simply filling?

Thank You.
I will.

I always assume there can't be another person who eats like I do. I can eat more then DH at almost any meal, be so full I can hardly breath and then an hour later I'm back looking in the pantry for a little snack

it's a real problem

I know a lot of it is emotional eating.

OK. I'm going to try the simply filling. Won't hurt to try.

Thanks again
