You cannot "donate" cord blood in New York . The laws have not caught up with that technology yet.

Can you please explain? Thanks.
According to the paperwork I filled out for cryobank, I can and it will be listed on the nat'l cord blood registry. The only fee would be what my doctor may charge for collection.
