Anyone done Garden of Eve share or any others

Can you share about how much stuff you get and how you used it all, I dont want to waste...im debating if its worth it, I wish I could make a trip out east every week but i know it wont happen...

we used golden earthworm organic farm - i am almost positive- my dh set it up

we got stuff from spring around may till thanksgiving - we just did the vegatable share - but we still got strawberrries too

we used most things- it gives you a lot of lettuce in thebeginning - but any extra i brign to my parents house - my dh also loves to try and cook random things - so we tried everything - i liked most vegatables so it was good - and we made some unusuall baby food for my son

we will do it again this year

I joined Garden of Eve last year. Last year I did a full share. This year I signed up for a 1/2 share, as the season went on it became overwhelming, you receive a lot of produce and for the two of us I think every other week is better.

There were many items that I had never prepared before so I spent a lot of time googling and reading food blogs. I liked that it stretched us to try new things.

Of course now we will have to shop on the off week for veggies or take them out of our backyard garden.

I have done Golden Earthworm for the past few years. Last year and this year I am splitting my share with someone. I don't have much time for cooking anymore, so I felt like it was too much.

How much you get really depends on the week. Like OP said, a lot of lettuce in the beginning. You usually get a lot of zucchini and tomatoes when they are i season, but they are so easy to use.

We do the Golden Earthworm, I think this is our 3rd year of doing it.

We do the full farm share (and the fruit share) but split it with my BIL/SIL. You still get a LOT of food. It's awesome, we love, love, love it!

We do get stuff we don't really eat (beets, some other misc stuff) but it's totally worth it to me. We are always more than impressed with what we get, the quantity and the quality!
