Anyone eat at Kodiak's in Farmingdale?
If so, what do you think of it? Food good? Is is dated inside or modernized? I see kids eat free Mon and Tues. Just wondering if it's a place you would even take a child.

I hated the food. It was terrible. Others speak highly, maybe it was just what I ordered. We'll never go back.
We took my son with us, they have a kids menu.

I ordered steak. It was supposed to be tenderloin pieces, but it was very obviously not tenderloin. It was terrible and we complained to the manager (my sister-in-law order the same thing) and they insisted it was tenderloin.
Again, it may just be what I ordered. The apps were good.

I had a burger and it was good. the inside is nice, they have bars & pool tables, we played a couple games too.

We've been there twice, but only for appetizers and drinks. I thought the food was very good. I just hated that one night we went there late and they cleared away all the tables around us to set up for the live band. I think they should have seated us someplace else to start with.

I love their burgers.
Last time we went though service was horrific.
-Took forever to even take our drink order.
-Our fried mac appetizer came out cold.
-I was supposed to have my burger on a pretzel roll and they gave me a regular roll. Booo.
It was a Sat night at 6:30pm. I will never go on a weekend again.

Eh, think I will pass then. Oh well. That stinks. But with a toddler, you can't chance service being crappy and moving too slow or food being a mess.
