Nope they never let us leave early here at my job. But I told my boss I was leaving by 2PM today because the roads are getting bad and I am not risking getting into an accident.

Maybe I should start my car now so it will be defrosted by the time I leave tonight.  My car is totally iced over.

My school closed at 1.
It still took me 90 minutes to get home.

haha..I spent 3 hours going to a 5 minute monthly check up. i should've just gone home afterwards...at 1, when those who ventured out for lunch came back [incidentally when I snuck back in as well], they told us "use your own judgment...which meant, finish it up and leave. this means i spent only 2 hours actually working today.

I was totally shocked they had an early dismissal. We never do.
