Anyone else do The Bar Method?
I take it here in NJ - LOVING it!! GREAT workout and very challenging. Already seeing results after 4 classes.

At a quick glance, it looks like something my pilates instructors got trained in and offer...If its the same this, I love it too!!
I hate cardio and feel that this gives me add'l cardio I need and noticed my body was def more toned....and then summer bbqs happened

I do Bar Method in NYC as well as Physique 57 and Core Fusion at Exhale, all basically the same classes. I've been going for over a year and a half and I'm addicted to them!
