Anyone else dreading going back to work??
I still have a few weeks left of my maternity leave and DH will take an extra 1 - 2 weeks off to stay home with the baby when I go back but I am already dreading it.
How did you deal? Anything I can do to prepare myself and make it easier?

Re: Anyone else dreading going back to work??
I went back to work when my daughter was 14 weeks old. I work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The 3 days that I am in the office she goes to the babysitters house. The babysitter watches a few other children part-time ranging in age from 2 - 5. My daugther is now 9 months old.
I cried for 2 weeks straight before going back to work and although it was the hardest couple of weeks of my life (going back to work and leaving her in someone else's care), I find it to be so healthy for her. She is thriving. She loves spending time with the other children, and other adults as well. So in the beginning it was the hardest thing ever - but I have "adjusted" to it.
I spend a lot of quality time with her and that is whats important (IMO). At the end of the day when I pick her up I get a big smile, a little giggle and she lunges for me!

I HAD to go back to work when Caiden was only 6 weeks old. The only way I got through it was because his daycare was only 30 seconds from my job at the time so I would go during lunchtime everyday to nurse him and see him.
