Ummm- the material is more like a cloth bag then a diaper bag...
For instance- in the pic... the diaper bag is standing upright.... (and my current bag-when nothing is in it- stands up) this would not be able to do that...
Im not sure if Im explaining it good...

AGH!!! I just read this, I hate bags like that. Great, another diaper bag down the drain!

It dosent s uck- it just wasnt what I expected...it's floppy (I guess that what you call it) Kind of reminds me of a beach bag....
Its also a little smaller- which is ok for me- not that Ryan dosent come with as many accessories ...

I ordered it from cherry pie bags.com (i think) (You could search on here for the thread-cherry pie bags- the link is in there) the bags are cheap- like $25
It has 3 small pockets (round- to fit a bottle)

That price is Really good Only $25,
I had order similar bags for my sister a couple years ago on ebay,
then we decided we were going to make our own.
and for the amount of time it takes especially with a baby or two to make the bag, selling it for $25 is cheap.
I love these types of bags,
I thought I would love one that stands up too, but once its filled it is great.
I make sure to fill the whole thing with pockets, its great and we make changing pads to match.
This is usually my shower gifts or baby gifts for anyone who is having a baby,
I fill it up with all goodies.
