Anyone else hate taking pics right now?
Ive barely been taking pictures during this pregnancy except an occassional bell pic. Bc today was my shower I had to take lots of pics - I almost feel shocked at how fat I look in them.  Its a little depressing looking through the pics right now. Anyone else feel this way?

I was still taking pics because I was tracking my progress. But lately I have been hearing so many weird, rude and insulting remarks that i just gave up. I took down an entire album on fb I was so fed up. I'm not sure I will be taking anymore pics of myself. I have a maternity shoot next week and I'm dreading it. I just don't feel comfortable in my skin at all anymore. I totally know what you are saying!!!

I never was into taking prego pics. Just not something I want to document or remember. I mean, yes, I have a few pics, but of a growing belly week by week? Not my thing.

I never was into taking prego pics. Just not something I want to document or remember. I mean, yes, I have a few pics, but of a growing belly week by week? Not my thing.

I'm 23 weeks and I feel the same way. DH and I took a pic on my birthday and I actually burst into tears when I saw it (I blame the hormones!!).
I keep saying that I have the opposite of people with awful self-image issues - when I look in the mirror I don't think my face looks awful, but when I see the pictures it looks like my face is being eaten by fat!!!

oh, I definitely know what you mean!!! I'll do the week by week belly pics(because I love looking at the entire process) and I plan to take pics of my belly going DOWN too. But that's it. I had pictures taken of me recently (at my shower) and ick. I was totally grossed out too. Made me feel depressed and fat. But luckily my husband loves me and tells me how beautiful I am and that I won't be pregnant forever. lol. That helps

right? I think that would be fun. I somehow managed to wear the SAME tank top in every picture from 5wks to 40wks (it stretches well. lol) and I wanna wear the same one as my belly goes back down to HOPEFULLY where it was in the beginning. The hard part will be not freaking out if it takes me longer to lose than it did to gain

Yes! I had my sister's bridal shower this weekend and I could vomit looking at the pictures of myself. Ugh!!!!

I hear ya! I HATE taking pictures to begin with - I am like the photo nazi - if a pic is taken, I HAVE to see it right away and if I dont like how I look I insist that it gets deleted. My shower is in three weeks and I am positive I am going to look HORRIBLE in all of the pictures, so I may just take one or two and request that no other photos be taken.

As soon as I walked in I was pretty much forced to take about 20 pics with various family members and people just snapped awat as I opened gifts- I think its hard to say no pics when people are there to celebrate you and your LO and giing you gifts. I had to just suck it up and smile.
