Anyone else have a really bad case of mommy brain?

Ever since my DD was born I've been having such a terrible time working- I was never organized, but was always able to find things, and get things done. Now, I just have soooo much trouble concentrating and lately I really feel like I've actually forgotten how to do my job (I'm a teacher). I love what I do but I am floundering so badly. I've thought about asking for help (which is SO not like me- this is how desperate I am) but I don't feel that the people who are in the position are at all effective.

My DD is nearly 3 and I feel like I should have it together and I just don't!

yes - i was just beating myself up over it this AM.

i was always VERY VERY on top of things at work - and now - if i read an email and leave it as read in my inbox - i forget ALL about it. i've forgotten visits to our office, new hires starting. it's HORRID. i'm going to start keeping a to do list on my desk - that's how bad it is.
