anyone else have the "bewitching hour" of 5-6pm?

i dont know why...everyday no matter what, from about 5-6pm my kids are going nuts and DS is always crying and whining, even through dinner! doesnt matter if i prep dinner early and just have to cook it at dinner time, doesnt matter if i pull out new toys we havent played with, doesnt matter if i put in a DVD ...my kids are nuts. anyone else going through this?
