Anyone else having trouble with BBB online?
I am so frustrated right now. I am constantly having problems with my Buy Buy Baby online registry. I add or change an item, click "update quantities" and for the moment, all seems good. I log out and move along my merry way.
However, when I return the next day (or two), either the item isn't there at all, or the quantity has changed!  This has been happening to me for the past week or so now and really - this is ANNOYING. Who has time to waste like this?
I called the store and was directed to an online help number. Of course, no one answered so I left a message and hopefully will hear back from them soon.
Has this been happening to anyone else??

This is actually good to know, as I'd rather it be an isolated situation! Do you mind just telling me how you go about updating your registry online? Thanks! (I just don't want to be "missing" something!).

I don't have problems with it either. Did it just happen today/yesterday or is it an on-going thing for your registry?

I just follow the update or the add buttons. I have heard that some other girls had issues with the website, but luckily, none for me

It's basically been since I started my regisrty (about 3 weeks ago). I kept hoping/thinking it was a fleeting thing, but it's just ridiculous at this point.

We had a problem when you first registered. The registry number was "odd". DH called the store and they looked over the account and fixed it.
