Anyone else not have teeth come in the usual order?

Anyone else not have teeth come in the usual order?
DS has 2 bottom teeth but his gums on the bottom are very bumpy like hes going to get the teeth next to them soon while nothing special is going on on the top.

DS has four on the bottom, but only two on the top and he's just gotten four molars at 14 months. Still waiting for the other top ones to come in and considering taking him to the dentist to see what they say. The top two are HUGE and I'm wondering if they're in the way of the others. Plus, he's been waking a lot at night, so I'm sure he's teething pretty badly.

Sophia (13 months) has 6 teeth which came in in this order:
bottom middle (right)
bottom middle (left)
top middle (right)
top middle (left)
bottom lat incisor (right)
bottom lat incisor (left)
that was how I expected it to go BUT now it seems like her MOLARS are coming in!
maybe this is normal, maybe it's not. i found it surprising! what about the canines and top lateral incisors?!
poor babies!

DS got his top 2 first, bottom 2 next and then his top sides.
